We in the Hegemony believe in an elected parliamentary monarchy. This means that we elect a Hegemon for a term of two years, and all other ministers for three years. The Hegemon has complete power over the state but any of his decisions can be overruled by a 2/3 popular vote of the citizens. To learn more about our government go to
