The Congress of the Republic of Helios hereby declares itself a sovereign and unified state. Any assault upon these claims will result in negotiations, then war.
Second Act of Congress
December 19, 2002
The Congress of the Republic of Helios hereby declares war upon the National Socialist Republic of Antarctica for threats made to Helios and its allies.
Third Act of Congress
January 20, 2003
The Congress of the Republic of Helios hereby declares by divine providence that the official national religion of the Republic of Helios is Mapalgetism.
Fourth Act of Congress
February 1, 2003
The Congress of the Republic of Helios hereby declares that the voting date has permanently been moved to February 10 of every year.
Also, Congress hereby declares that a Syracusan Greek theme will be adopted, with government positions and forum names being changed accordingly.
Third, Congress declares that a new Consitution will be created and the current one is hereby abolished.
Last, Congress hereby desolves itself as a governmental entity in the Republic of Helios until the new Constitution instructs the people how the government will be formed.
