The Freeland of Thorn is both an online community and a micronation. A micronation, in this case, is effectively just a small "country" which simulates either an existing or hypothetical political system.
Too complicated? It's basically an online mini-country! Cool, right?

The Freeland of Thorn is, as the name might imply, a very free country. It is based on anarchist ideals. There is no law per se, simply common sense and agreed upon ways to do things.
